This site, crossline.agency (hereafter referred to as Crossline, site, or website) is owned and operated by Crossline (hereafter referred to as Crossline, we, or company).
Please carefully read, review, and understand our Terms and Conditions before using any services or products from crossline.agency. Your access to and use of this website and its services indicate that you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should leave the site immediately and not use any of the materials or services available here.
1. Services
Crossline provides software development, AI integration, consulting, process automation, and data analytics services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work (SOW) between Crossline and the client.
2. Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances shall Crossline be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use, or inability to use, the materials on this site or services provided, even if Crossline or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Intellectual property
All Crossline-developed materials, tools, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Crossline unless explicitly transferred in a written agreement. Client-specific deliverables and custom code developed under a project agreement are owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.
4. Confidentiality
Both Crossline and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, source code, and customer data. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any agreement.
5. Payment terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified:
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance
- Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement
- Work may be paused on accounts with overdue balances
6. Project changes and scope
Changes to project scope, timeline, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Crossline will provide estimates for any scope changes before proceeding. Significant scope changes may affect project timelines and costs.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
- Crossline will deliver all completed work product to the client
- Any prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis
8. Warranty
Crossline provides a 30-day warranty period after project delivery during which we will fix any bugs or defects in the delivered work at no additional cost. This warranty covers defects in functionality as specified in the agreed-upon requirements, not changes in scope or new feature requests.
9. Privacy policy
We value your privacy. Crossline does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely for purposes related to providing our services.

10. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
